Report a user or a listing

Open the person’s profile and tap Report user, or use the menu in your chat with them. We review reports within 24 hours. You can also Block user from the same places: they won’t be able to message you.

Delete your account

In the app, open your profile from the Library tab, then Account → Delete account. Your profile, library, favourites and blocks are removed right away, and your open exchanges are cancelled. The Privacy Policy explains what is kept and for how long.

Can’t sign in?

Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, there is no password: sign in with that button again. Still stuck? Write to us from the email address you signed up with.
